My name is Mike Shoniker, and I've worked in the payroll, benefits, and HR space for over 14 years with two very large and predominant corporations in the industry. I've also owned several businesses myself. After years of working with thousands of business owners and C-level executives, and operating businesses of my own, I decided to start a consulting firm that streamlines the process of selecting vendors in the areas of payroll, 401k, HR, benefits, marketing, and tax credits.
Throughout my years of experience, I've seen far too many instances where a business owner spends a ton of time and valuable resources on the evaluation process, selects a vendor based on a 'pitch' or sales presentation, only for that vendor to be a terrible fit for their business. This leaves the business right back where they started, evaluating, listening to more pitches and sales presentations, and selecting new vendors to replace the old ones, and hoping the new vendors are a better fit.
